Freaks

For some reason I find people who lack earlobes somewhat disturbing. I assume most of you have encountered someone so afflicted, but for those of you who haven't allow me to assure you that it is most distressing.

It's not actually people who lack earlobes as much as people who's earlobes are attached to the sides of their heads. I find it odd. What's more, those of us with earlobes can curl them up and stuff them into our ear. This produces a curious chilling sensation, quite pleasent in the summer. They, poor freaks, cannot.

Ive never seen anyone without earlobes. I cant imagine it would bother me much. I once found myself standing next to someone at a tram stop & suddently realise that one of their hands was fake. Some kind of rigid, waxy prosthetic & it was so wrong & ugle I had to stifle a real scream! At least with a hook you know where you are & what is what. Its easy to accept its presence but a pretend appendage right there trying to look real ... well it was all wrong that's all I can say!

It's actually not people without earlobes, but those whose lobes are attached to the sides of their cheeks.
